Review: Moroccan Oil

April 30th, 2012

I’ve been seeing this stuff lining the shelves of every salon I pass by! Moroccan Oil, with it’s bright blue based logo-ing and simple script, it’s hard not to notice this  new instyle brand which seems to have come from nowhere! After doing little research, it seems like this product is being raved about by just about everyone-so I decided to purchase a bottle to try it out.

I got the regular 3.4 oz bottle. It comes in a glass bottle with a screw top. The product itself contains Argan Oil (which is suppose to be really great for your hair and skin-though I don’t recommend using Moroccan oil on your face!!) and silicone. The consistency is thick with a serum like consistency. It’s also yellow colored and smells wonderful (the smell, however, does fade after awhile). I followed the directions and used a small amount throughout damp hair and blow dried it. What I was left with was instyle hair that was smooth, silky and incredibly shiny! This product has definitely earned a permanent spot on my bathroom shelf!

Thanks for the reply Corrigan! Yes, Jess has told me about you and I do remember that fauoubls facebook comment. You know what though, to be honest, the acceptance was a little too much for me to handle. I was so use to be different that being the same was almost equally suffocating.
